On Monday, September 6, an armed robbery occurred at the KFC/Taco Bell at Farmwell Hunt Plaza in Ashburn, VA. The incident occurred just before 11:30 a.m. when an unknown white male wearing a tan hat, khaki pants, and a long sleeve light blue shirt entered the fast food restaurant and took out a knife and demanded cash.

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the case. The suspect is described as a brunette male in his late teens to early twenties and approximately 6 feet tall. *Update: On Sunday, September 12, 2010, at around 2:30 p.m. an unknown White male entered the Hair Cuttery in the 44100 block of the Ashburn Shopping Plaza and brandished a knife. Police are investigating the incident and believe that this could possibly be the same suspect as the September 6 incident.
