Loudoun County, VA- The second suspect in an April 2011 strong-arm robbery on Jefferson Pike was apprehended during a traffic stop in Tennessee on Sunday.   
  
Joseph S. Hall, 21, who is from the Harper’s Ferry, WV area, was taken into custody on October 2, 2011, four days after his accomplice, Dale E. Mainhart, 29, also of Harper’s Ferry, WV was arrested for robbery. Hall is facing charges of robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery.  He is awaiting extradition back to Loudoun County, VA from Tennessee.   
  
Mainhart was arrested on September, 29, 2011, and is currently being held at the Eastern Regional Jail in Martinsburg, WV.     
  
After the April 25, 2011 robbery, Investigators with the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office released surveillance video from the Tri-State Exxon. In the video, the victim, a 39-year-old Washington, DC woman, is seen walking to her car when an unknown car drives next to her. A passenger in the car grabs the victim’s purse and knocks her to the ground knocking her unconscious.     
    
Information provided by the public after the release of the video helped locate one of the suspects.
