From Loudoun County's Sheriff Office:

Loudoun County, VA:  A Purcellville, Virginia man has been charged with embezzling approximately $50,000 from a Loudoun County based youth football league.

Raymond J. Taylor, 44, was arrested Thursday, October 6, 2011, by members of the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office Financial Crimes Unit on six counts of felony embezzlement. Taylor is accused of embezzling the monies between February and September 2011 while he was President of the Upper Loudoun Youth Football League.

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office learned of the possible theft in late September after board members of the Upper Loudoun Youth Football League discovered irregularities in their accounts.
