From Loudoun Sheriff:

Loudoun County, VA:  The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the accidental death of a pedestrian on Rt. 7 and Janelia Farm Blvd. early Sunday morning.
Deputies responded shortly after 12:30 AM on February 20th and found Anil Pawar, 19, of Leesburg dead at the scene.  It appears that Pawar was in the right westbound lane of Rt. 7 at Janelia Farm Blvd. when he was struck by three vehicles travelling west.
Pawar was struck first by a 1995 Honda Civic, driven by an Alexandria man, then by a 2005 Mercedes driven by a McLean man and finally by a 2003 Acura driven by an Ashburn man.  The victim’s family was notified.
The westbound lanes of Rt. 7 were closed for several hours as an accident reconstruction team investigated the accident.  Alcohol was not a factor for any of the drivers.  It is unknown at this time if alcohol was a factor for the victim.  The accident remains under investigation.
