Loudoun County Offers Online Service Response Card

Loudoun County Offers Online Service Response Card

How did we do?  To better serve the citizens of Loudoun County, the county government is asking for customer feedback through a convenient online form.

“We are committed as an organization to providing the highest level of customer service,” said Harry Walsh, Loudoun County Citizens Relations Manager. “A good way to assess the quality of our service is to hear directly from our customers. I encourage everyone who has had a recent transaction or interaction with a county department to fill out an online Service Response Card.”

If you had a recent transaction with a county government department, please consider going online to fill out a County of Loudoun Service Response Card. You will be asked to describe and rate the service you received. There is also a space for comments. The card is online at www.loudoun.gov/responsecard.
