BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – January 30, 2014 – Erickson Living, manager and developer of Greenspring in Springfield, Va. and Ashby Ponds in Ashburn, Va., announced today its ownership of and new role as management company for Devonshire at PGA National, and its continuing care neighborhood, Chatsworth at PGA National.

(Ashburn, Virginia) – Ashby Ponds, an Erickson Living retirement community, recently began construction on its newest residence building, Willow Crossing.  The building will be the first of its kind at Ashby Ponds, featuring both community spaces and amenities as well as apartment homes. 

“We are thrilled to be able to meet the strong demand for the Ashby Ponds lifestyle with Willow Crossing,” said David Gallagher, Executive Director at Ashby Ponds.  “This is truly an exciting time for the community.  We recently celebrated our fifth anniversary and will also be introducing our Continuing Care neighborhood early next year.”
