 From Linda Roth PR:

“Chefs Go Fresh,” presented by Georgetown Media Group, publishers of The Georgetowner and The Downtowner, and Loudoun County, Virginia Department of Economic Development.

To bring the chefs of Washington, D.C. closer to local farmers and produce, over 30 chefs and restaurant professionals will be taking off on motorcycles from Brasserie Beck in DC.  They will ride through the Loudoun County countryside to three local farms, which partner with DC chefs:  Endless Summer Harvest, Catoctin Creek Distillery and Stoneybrook Farm. The day will conclude with a fabulous catered lunch to allow the chefs and farmers to mingle, network and have fun.

Participating restaurants:

Cathal Armstrong, Restaurant Eve

Robert Wiedmaier, Brasserrie Beck

Polly Wiedmaier, Brasserrie Beck

John Uhar, Uhar & Company, Inc.
