Revised Fall 2010 Milling and Paving Schedule

From the Town of Leesburg, VA – Due to contractor availability, the Town of Leesburg’s Public Works Department has revised the schedule for milling and paving work to be conducted in the coming weeks, with work now scheduled to begin on Wednesday, October 27, 2010.  The updated schedule, subject to inclement weather delays, is below with revisions highlighted in red.

Part of the Town’s regular streets maintenance program, milling and paving is a surface replacement process that eliminates existing pot holes and creates a smooth new road surface.  Milling and paving extends the life of the Town’s streets and is done on any particular street about once every ten to fifteen years.
